Conifers Loft with country Views and garden

Conifers Loft is a relaxing country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. You are welcome to explore our 1.5 acre meadow. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and there is a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

The Pheasant Roost

Set in a private country estate near Ticehurst church, one double bedroom flat above the detached garage with its own front door. Lounge area with TV/DVD and private WIFI, basic cooking facilities and a further 2 single beds. 5 minutes walk from an award winning village pub (The Bell), church and shops. Perfect for attending weddings in Ticehurst. Private parking. Close to local attractions; Bedgbury, Bewl Water (cycling), National Trust properties, Dale Hill golf club, Rye, Glyndebourne.

Beautiful sunny flat with balcony, 10mins to beach

My home is on a private leafy road in St Leonards on Sea, a creative town with cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, art galleries and an independent cinema. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the station 15 mins, for trains to Brighton, London and Ashford International. Hastings Old Town, with nightlife, quaint shops and fresh fish caught daily, is a 35 min walk along the sea front. This is my home so my belongings are stored here but I keep eveything packed away as much as possible.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

Stylish one-bedroom studio in Appledore, Kent

The studio which has recently been refurbished, is set in the garden adjacent to the main house. It has it’s own entrance exclusively for guests, which you enter via French doors off the patio. This space can also be enjoyed for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon or evening. We are set in the picturesque village of Appledore which has a local shop, beautiful church and a lovely country pub all within a two minute walk from the studio.

Peaceful B&B getaway in glorious High Weald

The Oast House B&B offers luxurious and spacious accommodation comprised of a double bedroom and luxury shower room, with ample space for relaxing. The private room with its own lockable entrance is in a peaceful location, overlooking the gardens and pond, which is usually home to a several wild ducks and sometimes ducklings, and far-reaching views over the gorgeous hills and ancient woodland of the High Weald in East Sussex.

The annex is self-contained with private bathroom/shower and kitchenette, with access to a peaceful private garden.
