The property is located in the Piazza private gated development on the waterfront commanding beautiful views over the waterway between the main and southern harbours. The house is finished to a high standard with two allocated parking places. It is just a short walk from the beach and the marina centre where there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The house is within both 200metres of the sea to the south and Warrior Square train station to the north. The recently refurbished mews house is set within a private courtyard and has all that you could wish for - for either short or long stay. There are many shops restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the property and the newly rebuilt pier is a 20 minute stroll along the seafront. A further 10 minutes walk and you will be in the historic old town of Hastings.

You have access to 3 floors – two lovely bedrooms, comfy king beds, cotton linen, towels, big window and high ceilings; 1 bathroom, with bath & strong shower & natural toiletries; living /dining room, with big TV and fireplace; bright kitchen and patio & garden. Free parking on the road; 10-minute walk to beach, 5 to the train! The Old Town and St Leonard's are all walkable.

Sail Away is a modern, comfortable townhouse set in a beautiful position literally next to and overlooking a tranquil corner of Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne. The house is set over three floors and sleeps up to five people. It has a lovely decked terrace with views over the marina, plus another balcony off the first floor lounge where you can also enjoy the water views. There is off street parking for one car, WiFi, and towels/linen are provided.

Huge, beautiful, Victorian family home opposite Alexandra Park (the park is a huge benefit (look up Alexandra Park, Hastings for more information): 15 min walk to the beach, 12 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to shops on Queen's Road and to a great pub: The Imperial (amazing pizza oven and micro brewery). We have 2 lovely, friendly and undemanding cats who will need to be fed twice a day and stroked from time-to-time.
