The Parakeet is part of a larger home, fully separated from the main house by a locked utility room with two sets of secure double doors for complete privacy. The enclosed front porch has a table for 4 to enjoy coffee or a game of cards as well as a dedicated work desk space.  Great working kitchen with dining for 6. The back porch has a dining table for 6 and a fenced in yard to keep your little humans or dogs safe.  Laundry on site. No Cats

The king bed is super cozy and the unit is stocked with everything you would need including high-speed wifi, wall-mounted TV, AC control and a fully stocked kitchen. We are walking/biking distance to the waterfront and all that downtown Stuart has to offer!
