The + of the house: The thick walls and double glazing maintain a pleasant temperature in winter and summer. A skylight opening onto a well of light, illuminates the main room in an original way. A jacuzzi under a skylight in the master suite, to relax under the stars. The patio walls hiding views from the neighborhood add a “little private paradise” feel to the house. The small pond in the middle of the garden has a small fountain which gives a relaxing Zen feel. The advantages of the village: very pretty views, very quiet village, a small restaurant / grocery store / bakery, provides food assistance and makes up for the laziness of cooking. A small church to visit. Many departure points for hikes.

Beautiful house with piscina, spa and BBQ

The house is rented as a whole (8 adults and 2 children). It is located 5 minutes from the village, surrounded by a garden with a private pool where peace and tranquility can be enjoyed. It features a wonderful terrace with views of the village, the mountains, and in the distance, the sea with the Bay of Roses. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.

Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Moulin en bord de rivière

Le Moulin de Reynès a été construit en 1602, sur la rivière, au coeur d'une vallée préservée à quelques kilomètres de Céret. Il a fonctionné jusqu'aux années 1950 et est toujours en état de marche. La rénovation de la partie habitation date de 2010. Gîte de France classé 3 épis, de caractère totalement indépendant, le long d'une petite rivière.
