Gite de Rosaraie

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Gite Villard is in a very rural setting with countryside views. It has an open plan kitchen diner with lounge area, including three seater reclining sofa and chair, oak dining table with 4 chairs, oak sideboard, satellite TV - French and English , unlimited wi-fi, electric radiator and fire. Everything you need is in the kitchen, tea, coffee, utensils, etc. Sheets and towels are included.

Welcome to Montrocher situated in the heart of the Monts de Blond. In 2016 we did a barn conversion which adjoins our 18th Century home. Now offering a self-catering accomodation for a couple. Since the gîte is in a old stone building the rooms remain cool even during a heatwave! Also there are plenty of trees around the pool offering welcome shade.
