Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

The living room couch has a queen bed and an additional memory foam mattress is available if needed. Less than 100 yard walk to St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. * The condo is at elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Wildlife and scenery. unmatched.
