Sandy Shore is a unique guest suite located in an iconic Art Deco home. Featured in the Sunday Times Style magazine and used as a venue for film, fashion and music shoots, this stylish apartment offers up to 4 guests the chance to experience Broadstairs in a peaceful, scenic location. A 15 min. walk from the station and Broadstairs town, 3 sandy beaches and the village area of Reading St and it's famed cafe. The suite has it's own tropical garden with large patio for sunbathing and relaxing.

Bright and spacious apartment set over the upper and lower ground floors of a handsome victorian terrace with own private entrance and beautiful garden. Direct level access from the modern kitchen to the raised deck, ideal for al fresco dining or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Centrally located, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Co-op supermarket at the end of the street.

Guest House

Our guesthouse is in our back garden, we are in main house if you need any assistance. Property is on quiet street in Margate just mile away from Margate centre. Little guesthouse based on a couple stay. Family of 4 could be accommodate ( 2 adults, 2 children) if they happy to share sofa bed (additional charge). Property has bedroom with double bed, living space with small kitchen which includes kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Parking near the house. Entrance through the garden side gate.

Little Beach Retreat Margate, stunning apartment.

Take a 2-minute walk to the sandy beach at the end of the road, then a 10 minute leisurely stroll (or bike ride) along the promenade into Margate, taking in the sea air & listening to the waves crash. The apartment will be your home from home during your stay with kingsize bed, white bedding, a sofa bed in the lounge, WIFI, smart TV & beautiful outside area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance and sunsets to die for.

Paddock Retreat, Broadstairs-Beach, Golf and Walks

Location: Situated in a scenic area, this delightful bungalow is only a fifteen minute walk from Joss bay beach and Stone Bay, two of Broadstairs’ finest beaches, and within easy walking distance from central Broadstairs and the train station. It is very near to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm, overlooking fields with horses. Horse riding is available at Elmwood Farm and coffee and cakes or a pub meal are on offer in Reading Street

Stylish & comfy - St Peter's village, Broadstairs

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Beach Lookout - Direct Beach Access - NO Guest Fee

Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

Victorian apartment with a beautiful sea view towards the famed Turner Contemporary. Look out to sea through the porthole window as you start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. Then head out on a short walk round the bay into the vibrant Old Town to explore the antique shops, galleries and cafés. Invite friends over for dinner to watch the sun go down and end the day with a relaxing soak in the bath before climbing into bed to sleep on crisp white sheets.

A cosy, comfortable double bedroom plus en-suite in a quiet neighbourhood in St Peters, with its own entrance and free parking. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs to enjoy the many pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as some interesting shops and a lovely cinema. For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!

Draycot is a beautiful Victorian bungalow situated in the heart of Cliftonville. The Front of House is a large, sunny room with wooden shutters to the front bay and 2 side windows. A quirky, peaceful space for 1/2 people with a luxury SUPER KINGSIZE BED (6' x 6'6"). Tea/coffee/milk & toiletries are provided in the room. We're near Walpole Bay Beach & Tidal Pool, Shops & Old Town, Theatres, Eateries, Bars, Parks & The Viking Trail.

This light and airy two bedroom flat has French doors opening onto a patio area with communal gardens beyond. The apartment is ideally positioned to enjoy the seaside town of Broadstairs which has an excellent selection of shops offering local produce with many restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. The Westwood Cross shopping centre is only a short drive away and has larger stores, restaurants, leisure centre and cinema.
