Au rdc, grand salon salle à manger avec télé, wifi, fléchettes, poêle à bois, chaise bébé… cuisine équipée (four, plaque induction, air fryer, senseo, grille pain, lave vaisselle,…) Jardin avec cuisine d’été, wc, trampoline et terrain de pétanque!

A large, extremely peaceful home with a stunning view, surrounded by 7 hectares of private land. There are 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. A beautiful pool with lounge chairs, pergolas and sun umbrellas allow you to enjoy the warm southern sun. There is a large outdoor dining table that seats 16 people comfortably, a barbecue and a hibachi, a ping pong table, 3 bikes, etc to enjoy the outdoors, as well as access to a 30 km walking trail between towns.

Vous avez le gîte entier a vôtre disposition ainsi qu'un petit jardin. Possibilities de quelques randonées avec moi dans la montagne autour. Aussi je peut offrir un séjour linguistic d'anglais.

À 6min de la ville et des commerces dans un cadre bucolique à 15 min des lacs (lac de la raviège..) et rivières, des voies vertes et des GR (Saint Pons de thomieres) À 1h10 des plages de Gruissan ! Hôtes sur place et à l'écoute ! Exposé plein sud, accès direct forêt, ruisseau et cascade !

Gite Noyer a la ferme

Renovated gite 20m2 in old farmbuilding. One double bed (160x200) and other room with 2 single beds (090x200) There's a woodstove as principale heating source. There's little mobil network on the property but internet by satelite (no 4G).

Gîte " Les Foulons" '(grand gîte)

Situé dans le lieu dit "les foulons" à quelques encablures de Saint Pons de Thomières dans le Parc Naturel du haut Languedoc. Cet ancien moulin au pied de la rivière Aguze à été aménagé en gîtes en 2012.
