Our Caribbean vacation property in St. John is the perfect destination for your next tropical getaway. There are stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Thomas, Great St. James, and Little St. James make for a truly unforgettable experience. This is 1 of 3 units and sits below another unit. The lower house unit is a 1 bedroom and also has a sleeper sofa. You can unwind and soak up the sun on our pool deck that features a breathtaking saltwater pool and plenty of seating for family and friends.

Welcome to this beautiful, newly built,3 bed,2 bath Villa, with a 17' jetted pool & back up Solar system. The property has the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort & privacy. "RendeView" includes a concierge with our Property Manager picking you up from the ferry in Cruz Bay. We have AC's in each bedroom, a generator (for the islands regular power outages), and the use of our 2018 AWD Kia Sorento that seats 7. Our home is located 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, past the Westin. Besides the amazing views, our guests love our unique showers that allow you to shower while overlooking the beautiful bay below. We offer access to a private beach below at Klein Bay.

Change your perspective at Point of View villa, perched high above the historic town of Charlotte Amalie. Point of View is located within a gated community in Estate Mafolie. We are located mid island with an easy drive into town or to world famous Magens Bay. However, you may never want to leave the property once you see the sweeping harbor view. There are three bedrooms in the main house and separate fourth bedroom with a full kitchen on the lower pool level.

This house is beautiful, and the pictures do not do it justice. The lush landscaping, amazing views, and sounds of nature all lend to the most relaxing Caribbean stay you can imagine. You can get to a beach within a 10-minute drive. Whole-home generator use is included!! This home is tucked into a great neighborhood near the highest point of the island, truly a getaway from the hustle and bustle.

With our excellent location close to 2 great beaches and the bars/restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores in Redhook will make your vacation go smoothly. We are 5 minute drive from Redhook on the east end of St Thomas. We are on the $1 Safari route as well. Linquist Beach and Sapphire Beach are both about a 3 minute drive away.
