Literie+couettes+oreillers neufs (2025). Lave linge neuf. 2 réfrigérateurs. A 20 mn de la mer: Royan, Meschers sur Gironde. Proche de Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron et Ré.

Particuliers, Mireille et Philippe louent ce studio 25 m2 totalement indépendant, avec entrée privative. Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

Au coeur d'un parc arboré, cottage confortable, dans l'enceinte de notre propriété. Au calme, entre les plages de Saint Palais (7min), et les rives de la Seudre à Mornac (3min en voiture). À 5 min à pied de tous les commerces du village. Idéal pour un séjour ressource, notre maison est dotée d'une piscine extérieure qui ouvre sur un parc au milieu des champs. Beautiful Gite In The Stunning Cognac Countryside

The Gites benefit from beautiful thick stone walls which help keep the rooms cool in the summer, whilst retaining the heat in the winter. The Hanger provides a great place to sit and eat anytime of the day (or just sit and relax) with that all important shade in the summer.
