La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Le Cadran Solaire is a 3 double/twin bedroom 200 year old cottage, luxuriously appointed with all mod cons, private outdoor space for relaxing, eating & drinking and access to the shared 3 acre garden, shady children's playroom, table tennis and heated indoor pool with sun deck. Beautiful Gite In The Stunning Cognac Countryside

The Gites benefit from beautiful thick stone walls which help keep the rooms cool in the summer, whilst retaining the heat in the winter. The Hanger provides a great place to sit and eat anytime of the day (or just sit and relax) with that all important shade in the summer. We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.

Can be booked with our other gite to sleep 13 in total. All bed linen and towels are provided. A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
