Very pretty and cosy seaview appartment located less than 100 m for Estoril Beach. Perfect for your holidays, this spacious appartment is equiped of 3 rooms, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a seaview balcony, climatization, ventilation and of course WIFI. Very well located, you will be 2 mins from the stunning beach of Estoril where you can practice all watersports activities (or just chill !) and 10 mins from the city center ! The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped, so it provides comfortable accommodation for single guests and groups. The sea view from the apartment and the available roof terrace, as well as the walking distance from the beaches and the best local surf centers makes it an ideal place for all water sports enthusiasts (kite, surf, wing, windsurfing, diving etc.).

Amazing independent attic room with bathroom and private big terrace with sea-view. Is perfect located directly on the beach, few steps from the sea-sport centers & beach-clubs and very close to the center (shops and restaurants). Perfect for couples, small families with a baby or 2 friends (is possible the setting with 2 single-beds). There is no kitchen but you will find all the necessary to prepare your breakfast (dishes, coffe-machine, kettle, fridge etc.)
