Unique getaway for two. Experience modern comfort in one of NSW’s most sought after destinations for that perfect weekend or mid-week break! Our guesthouse is separate to the main house, giving you privacy and space. You will have access to our spacious al-fresco area with BBQ and outside dining. Simply relax beside the pool, read a book in the private backyard, or spend your days at the beach or exploring. We have 2 boogie boards and pool floats you’re welcome to utilise during your stay.

Escape to Nelson Bay Gem, the perfect location for making unforgettable memories. Our property is not only family friendly but welcomes your small furry friend (one pet - strictly under 10kg) to join in on the family fun. Located on the water's edge, our cozy little gem offers a picturesque setting perfect for fishing, kayaking and boating with your very own small boat ramp, the two bedroom unit offers a living area, and a well-equipped kitchen to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Koala Capital

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

HighTide- luxury apartment, almost on the beach.

HighTide is a purpose built apartment and is relatively new to the holiday rental market. The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise. The main residence, where owners live, is waterfront and is on one of the most sought after stretches of sandy beach.

Cher's Place

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
