Beautiful holiday home in Salcombe. A real gem. Surroundings gardens. Private parking for one car. Magnificent views. Seated deck. Main bedroom. en suite, king size bed Twin second bedroom, bunk room. Luxury White Company linen and towels. Family shower room. A very well appointed, spacious kitchen, including Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, open plan with bench seated dining area, large corner sofa, wood burner, Smart TV. Stunning views. Salcombe, North/South Sands, Coastal Path all close by.

Tranquil luxury in the South Devon countryside

Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

The master bedroom is sumptuous and airy with crisp linen adorning an enormous bed, and the fabulous bathroom comes complete with a freestanding ultra-deep bathtub and spacious walk-in shower.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 min.downhill walk into town centre, the modern property, accommodates up to 4. Parking for 1 car, 2 may be possible on request. It's a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. Contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & other is open plan with 2 single beds, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS.

Sea Thrift Shepherd's Hut, Blackpool Sands

Positioned near the stunning Blackpool Sands, South Devon, our shepherd's hut 'Sea Thrift' is a charming and cosy place to stay for 2 people. It is an ideal location for exploring beaches, beautiful coastal walks and the nearby town of Dartmouth. Sea Thrift is completely off grid and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty by Blackpool Sands, on the South West Coast Path. It lies on the edge of the village of Stoke Fleming.

‘Yawl Sea’ Two bedroom apartment

Enjoy a stylish stay at this charming centrally-located apartment. ‘Yawl Sea’ (A Yawl is a small Salcombe sail boat) is a recently refurbished apartment which is a short stroll from all the amenities of Salcombe’s centre. This sunny south facing apartment boasts picturesque views over the nearby estuary, with a lovely balcony where you can relax and indulge in a glass of bubbly and watch the world go by.

'Rockpool' is a 15 minute walk to Bantham Beach.

Less than 1 mile from the South West coast path and the famous surfing beach at Bantham, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 'Rockpool' sleeps two people in an open plan studio set up. Light and airy accommodation with stunning views across the valley of West Buckland. There is off street parking on a shared drive and the apartment opens onto the shared front garden of the main house.
