Holiday House in Calblanque Natural Park

The house is located in the heart of the Natural Park of Calblanque, in the town or place of Cobaticas. The beaches of the park are about 15 minutes walk and 5 by car or bus from the house. The access to the Park is through a road that alternates stretches of land and asphalt. Although Cobaticas does not have any commerce or service, the town of Los Belones is 5 minutes by car and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away. The house and its situation is especially indicated for people who enjoy and respect the nature and the environment of both the countryside and the beach of a Natural Park. The exceptional location of the house makes it have some peculiarities. As the water network does not reach the population, the supply is through the water company's tanks that are distributed in the tanks or cisterns of each house for their supply; due to this, the water pressure in the house is variable but more than enough to cover all the basic cleaning and cleaning needs. Depending on weather factors, there is not always good TV, 4G and telephone signal.

La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.

Estupendo apartamento a pocos metros de la playa. Bonitas vistas al Mar y al faro de Cabo de Palos. Primera línea de la playa. Urbanización con piscina. Próximo a comercios, restaurantes, y parada de autobús. Cerca de Cabo de Palos y próximo a zonas protegidas muy bellas como Calblanque y Calarreona. Ideal para amantes del deporte. Te va a encantar, es un lugar tranquilo, dispone de una terraza con estupendas vistas al mar.. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas o familias (con hijos).
