You’ll love my place because of it's location. The best neighborhood in Little Rock. 1/1/2023. This is a non-smoking loft. Any detection of weed, cigarette, vape, cigar inside the unit will be charged $200 after the stay. No exceptions.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

A small deck allows you the space to relax and enjoy the scenery of nature where deer are often seen. 7 miles from the bathhouses of downtown Hot Springs. 8 miles from Oaklawn racing and casino. 10 miles from Lake Hamilton public boat launch. 4 miles from Magic Springs. 3.6 miles to off road park. Amazing scenic bridge to property.

Lil’ Backyard Cottage in Hillcrest

This is a small, cozy, safe, clean, and fully restored one-bedroom 1926 cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Runaway Train Cabin at Fox Pass Cabins

All ABOARD! Run away from reality to our train themed cabin with treehouse views. This is the most remote cabin on our property with unique features that you can choo-choo choose to use: Our queen size passenger car bed so you can sleep soundly on the rails; complete with vintage wheels, railcar door headboard & track Train trestle cabinets with some of the prettiest volcanic granite we've found Walls of windows for views of the Ouachita mountains

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.

Rodies Manor. Amazing tiny home on horse farm.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the view of the horses while drinking coffee on the front porch. Go for walks, fish in the pond, this tiny home is a fun place to stay to get away and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the country life…. but also you are not far from town to enjoy some great shopping and unique restaurants. Come stay with us and enjoy the peace and quiet!

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
