Stay at our lovely cottage located in the heart of Davidson. Walk to all the must-see spots in Davidson, just 5 minutes from downtown and the college. Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the charming neighborhood. From grocery stores to restaurants, farmers markets, antiquing, beautiful parks and kayaking at the marina, there's something for everyone. The peaceful neighborhood and designated parking spaces make our place the perfect location for exploring Lake Norman, Mooresville and Charlotte.

Beautiful high rock lake front cottage !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.

This remote cottage will make you feel far away from the city but just an hour away from Charlotte and Winston Salem. The cottage sites on 10 acres and has two cottages and a main home. The historical farm has multiple flower gardens and beautiful chicken coop with a friendly group of chicks! beautiful walking areas up and down the street with views of farms.
