A newly refurbished flat on the edge of the Highclere castle estate. The flat is attached to our family home. We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. The accommodation is within walking distance of our local pub 'The Red House' which serves delicious food and takeaways. A 10 minute drive from Newbury and all its amenities. As well as Highclere Castle, we are ideally located for Newbury Races & Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery.

A one-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, large shower and comfortable sitting room, it is perfect for a trip to West Hampshire and the Test Valley. You will find an oasis of calm in a busy world where you can relax in comfort after an active day visiting the many sites of historic interest or admiring our beautiful local scenery. Almost all our guests have told us that the bed is the most comfortable they have ever slept in!

This flat is excellently situated 5 mins' flat walk from Cathedral Close, 10 mins' walk from town centre, 2 mins from nearest pub, corner shop and restaurant, and about 5 minutes' walk to garage with M&S Simply Food store. The flat is bright and spacious, has its own entrance, is in a quiet cul de sac, parking in small parking area or on road . It was built in 1970s but the important things are new - king-size bed, fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, gas-fired central heating, WiFi .

A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. Our dog-friendly annexe has an ensuite bedroom, with a second ensuite bedroom available on request, and living-room with well appointed kitchenette in a self-contained, ground-floor wing of charming house in a large peaceful garden in Nether Wallop, a pretty village within easy reach of Stockbridge, Porton Down, Andover, Romsey, Stonehenge and the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester. Guests have an independent front door/key and free parking in the drive.
