This brand new suite has been designed with guests in mind. Our new home is set on over an acre of land with beautiful lake views. The bright and spacious guest suite has a private entrance and has a large bedroom with huge windows to enjoy the lake views. As well as the king bed there's a seating area, electric fireplace and walk-in closet. There is a small kitchenette and high-end bathroom. Outside is a covered gazebo with fabulous lake and garden views with comfy seating, bistro set and BBQ.

Relax and luxuriate on your on your own private estate overlooking Shuswap lake. You will stay in a lovingly rebuilt hand hewn post and beam home away from home. The grounds are spectacular and feature 2 firepits (one wood and one gas), an outdoor eating area and of course, a hot tub. The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. On a 10 acre property with a view of the Shuswap lake that is quite breathtaking. The suite is separate from the main part of the house where the owners reside. There is a small pergola in the back where one can sit for breakfast, (with a view of the mountain) and chairs out front if you want to enjoy the view of the lake.
