The Old Dairy, cottage on Highland Farm

As the name suggests this cottage was previously used as dairy on the family farm in years gone by. The house was built in the 1850's, the first house on the farm as it is now. The cottage was also known as Grieves House and was home to the Manager of Dalmore Distillery years and years ago. We live on a family farm and there is always somebody nearby for assistance during your stay. Dalmore Farm is in a quiet location on the edge of Alness, a busy town which in 2018 won the title of Best High Street in Scotland. Set on the shore of the Cromarty Firth, this makes an ideal base for exploring Easter Ross and the Northern Highlands. Alness town centre is approx 10 - 15 walk Morrisons and Lidl are approx 5 minute walk

Treetops Tree House Eco Cabin Wildwoodz

Treetop off grid eco cabin on the Black Isle, large french doors look out through the Scottish woodland, the cabin sleeps two in a very comfortable double bed, and has a large covered viewing deck. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a gas camping stove, pizza oven and table/ chairs. Being off grid there is no mains electric, lighting is provided through a mix of solar and battery lights. No running water, bottled water for drinking and washing is provided The cabin has a Woodburning stove.

The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
