The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 18 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. It has two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner with a conservatory that over looks the south facing garden. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs.Peacehaven is 7 miles from Brighton, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 25 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
