Come get your second wind at our peaceful cottage designed for relaxation. Your family will love this quiet, serene home located up a scenic driveway. There is a large yard where you can feed the goats, enjoy the hot tub, or even end the day with a campfire. There is a walking trail around the property or you can drive approx. 35 minutes to Red River Gorge for an array of activities including kayaking, rock climbing, and hiking. So many memories are awaiting to be made at Second Wind Cottage.

This cozy house offers a 58" TV and playstation in the living and also a 50" TV in the bedroom. Relax outside on a covered porch and enjoy the occasional local live music. Located close to the Prestonsburg Passage Trail, Mountain Arts Center, Middle Creek National Battlefield, Pikeville Exp Center and a short drive to the Red River Gorge.

The Bear Cabin

Enjoy the peacefulness and privacy of a 2 bedroom + loft wooden cabin, with all the modern amenities, surrounded by 180 acres of forest. Explore the wilderness, do bird watching or just relax on the porch listening to the birds singing and the rustling of the creek. Or use the cabin as a base to explore the rich heritage and the natural beauty of the Appalachians. The location has easy access and it's also a short drive away from the city shops and restaurants.

Getaway on this 300 acre working farm. Explore pastures, woodlands, rock cliffs and beautiful vistas while looking for wildlife (hiking has some restrictions Sept to Dec) . Enjoy a picnic or evening fire listening to whip poor wills at the campground located on the property; or have a peaceful cup of coffee on the porch. Traveling with your horse /ATV, ask about available stall and trail access. Located between Paintsville, Yatesville and Grayson lakes.
