You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). The Texian Cabin

Enjoy a unique 1700 sqft Texas themed log cabin in the woods! This 1.5 story home, located on a small family farm, has three bed rooms and two bathrooms with an open living room, dining area and kitchen. Toast marshmallows under the stars, grill burgers on the fire pit, play horseshoes or corn hole, lead your own yoga with our goats, collect eggs from the chickens, relax in a hammock, play tetherball, wander the woods, or head inside and dance to classic Texas country on the record player.

Welcome to Cloud's Cabin! We are located an easy drive northwest of Houston. Cloud's Cabin is nestled in the piney woods of Magnolia, Texas and offers a cozy little spot for the perfect getaway. Whether it's a day or a week, Cloud's Cabin is a quiet, private spot to rest up. We are situated on a small self-sufficient working homestead. We grow seasonal vegetables and exotic rare fig tree varieties from around the world! We are big FIG enthusiast here!

Cozy Cabin by the Creek

Escape to our quaint, cozy cabin just 10 minutes from downtown Huntsville and 3 miles from The Blue Lagoon. Nestled next to one of two creeks on the property you can relax on the front porch, take nature walks, swim in Nelson Creek or sit beneath the pines and watch the stars at night from the private hot tub. The cabin is a studio setup with a comfy queen bed. The sun room has a daybed with a floor trundle. Coffee and bottled water provided.

Secluded 33 Acres, Private Pond and Trails

Enjoy private use of 33 acres surrounding a secluded pond near Lake Livingston. From the hilltop porch enjoy the view of the valley flowing into the pond, wander trails through the woods, sunbathe on the dock, quietly paddle with a line in the water, or simply settle in with a book by the fire pit. This is a great place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful sunset and sunrise at the lake in Sam Houston National Forest with the geese, the ducks, and the birds, and keeping an eye out for the deer enjoying the lake. Once in a while an eagle and a hawk will stop by. There's plenty of yard for your furbabies to enjoy.
