This luxury Oceanfront Penthouse is a fully furnished, oceanfront two-floor condo just a few steps from the shore of Playa Bonita. Please note that during September 1–29, the management of Playa Bonita Beach Residences will be replacing the roof of a building adjacent to this Penthouse. No roof work will take place on this Penthouse during this period; however, guests should be aware that the nearby work may result in some construction noise during working hours (8:00 AM–7:00 PM).
