Located in a sought after location in Playa Guiones, it is a short 3-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to the many restaurants in the area. This 1-bedroom unit has a king size-bed, and a double size sofa bed in the sitting area. There is a small kitchen and a comfortable outdoor patio area with a table and chairs. Need to work? No problem, there is a dedicated work area. It shares the common property (pool and outdoor rancho). It is Ideal for couples who enjoy a little extra space.
