This downstairs duplex unit in one of the original historic Craftsman homes is right on the edge of Issaquah’s Old Town giving easy access to downtown Issaquah’s restaurants and entertainment. Also a convenient base for hiking, skiing, or getting into the big city. Near Swedish Hospital Issaquah campus, Costco HQ, Microsoft, T-Mobile HQ, OSI/Spacelabs.

We invite you to come the lovely City of Sammamish near Bellevue and Redmond. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Enter to a large living area with a wall of windows backing up to a hidden forest. This property offers two primary bedrooms. Plenty of space for entertaining both inside and out. Downstairs has fun game room. Lots of privacy. We have video doorbell called The Ring - we only monitor the outdoors with this security camera. RV parking available upon request.
