This cozy cottage walking distance from the Black River invites you to come swim, fish, or bring your kayak. Later you can hang out on the patio, soak in the claw foot tub, or build a warm fire in the wood stove. Enjoy nature just 20 minutes from White Lake. This is a relatively secluded location in a private neighborhood intended for getting back to nature. *Please note that the neighborhood was flooded in hurricane Florence last October so some of the homes are currently under renovation.

There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. There is a kitchen sink, bath sink, toilet, and shower. The water pressure can be low when they are used simultaneously.

There is 1 bdrm/1 bath downstairs and 2 bdrm/1 bath upstairs. A small wagon with 4 chairs is available to easily get to and from the dock.
