A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. Double bed 1.60 x 2.00 mts. Panoramic View of the sea. It can be arranged upon request a cot - park for children under two years. 1 double bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom. Attic: 1 single bedroom + extra bed. General: - Kitchen equipment : fridge-freezer, Induction Stove, Oven , Microwave , Dishwasher , sandwich maker, electric juicer, minipimer with all accessories, food Electric Griddle, Electric Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pantry, Kitchen Utensils and crockery for 6 people. - Solana: Hanger, sink for washing clothes, Washer, Dryer. A Paradise for Nature Lovers, Roquete A

Beautiful holiday rental with shared pool in a beautiful natural setting located in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, near the Campo de Golf de Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers. It´s ideal place to escape a couple, with friends or family. Has its own garden 1 bedroom private double bed, 1 bathroom and kitchen -living room with a sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels are included. Is recommendable to rent a car as much to reach the town to tour the island, because the bus service is reduced.

Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

En Atlantic View, podrás alojarte en un ático estudio tipo loft de 30 m², con una amplia terraza con vistas totalmente panorámicas, tanto al mar como a la montaña , situado en el mismo acantilado de la playa de San Borondon y a 5 minutos caminando de la playa de la Garita. Este acogedor alojamiento está muy bien situado, muy cerca de todos los servicios y salidas a la autopista GC 1 . Dispone de todas las comodidades para disfrutar de una estancia agradable en un entorno privilegiado.

Apartamento junto al mar. Relax

Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo, céntrico y confortable en primera línea de la playa de La Garita, en la costa del municipio de Telde, cerca del aeropuerto y de la capital. El apartamento consta de 1 dormitorio doble, salón-cocina con sofá cama y 1 baño, con alojamiento para 3 personas. Es un lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y/o para teletrabajar, por su accesibilidad y conexión a las zonas comerciales, servicios y al resto de playas de Telde.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.
