Just outside, the nature of the truest Sicily: where rows of dry stone walls divide solitary carob trees and the gaze runs towards the silent sea.

The villa is situated in a strategic position just a few kilometres away from the main attraction sites of which: Piazza Armerina (En), famous for its ancient roman site Villa Romana del Casale, Aidone (En) ( Venus of Morgantina),as well as Caltagirone (Ct),known for its ceramics and last but not the least the South-eastern Coast of Sicily.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Realizzata all’interno di antiche costruzioni in pietra, vi offre il calore di un’abitazione accogliente, elegantemente arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari. La struttura consiste in una zona giorno con divano letto, cucina fornita di tutte le stoviglie necessarie, bagno, camera da letto matrimoniale e un grazioso terrazzino con una splendida vista sulla vallata.

A naca sotto

A' naca is an old renovated house with a courtyard full of plants overlooking Ibla. The whole apartment on the fresh ground floor is for our guests only, there is a private entrance, a living room with library, sofa and courtyard view, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds and the and a beautiful single room with a view over Ibla. Stargazers can sleep in the hammock out in the courtyard and, if you are lucky, hear the owls' calls.

San Giacomo Loft

Loft interamente ristrutturato e arredato, con bagno privato, situato nel cuore del centro storico di Caltagirone. A due passi dalla Basilica di San Giacomo e a un centinaio di metri dalla famosissima Scala S. Maria del Monte. A piedi è possibile raggiungere i luoghi di maggiore interesse storico e culturale della città, come la Cattedrale di S. Giuliano e il Carcere Borbonico.
