Bella's Suite is a cozy, quiet, poolside getaway.

Bella's suite feels like a tropical getaway with its soothing earth tone décor. You immediately feel like you are home. There's a full kitchen, a beautiful rain shower, a very comfortable memory foam queen bed, 2 Roku TVs, a dining table, and a dedicated workspace in the bedroom. You can relax by the pool located next to the suite. Both inside & outside of Bella's Suite are supremely well-kept and cleaned after each stay. It is blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and major freeways.

San Fernando LuxStudio w/Parking

Large private studio with King size bed. Space inludes private laundry, bathroom, and kitchenette. The studio is furnished with a 65" 4K TV and is heated and cooled by a dedicated mini split air conditioner. You have a completely separate entrance on a secure gated property. This entire space is private, the bathroom, kitchenette and laundry are not shared with anyone else. You will enjoy access to the large outdoor area with table and chairs right outside. RV parking may also be available.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
