Villa GdU is 2.5 km from the sea and under 1h by boat from the Aeolian Islands. Built in 2023, the villa combines modern style with superb views. Affittasi a Capo d'Orlando-Naso (zona S. Domenica) piccolo e accogliente Casolare indipendente e immerso nel verde a 4 km dalla spiaggia, dal centro e dal porto turistico. Si compone di ampio soggiorno con annessa cucina, ripostiglio/lavanderia, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale più 1 divano letto, 1 bagno e una grande corte esterna attrezzata, con annesso giardino e doccia esterna. Finemente arredato e dotato di ogni comfort, compresi climatizzatore, cantina vini, parcheggio privato.

Cozy apartment near the beach

Newly built apartment, just 3 minutes on foot from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed and a big living room with kitchen. In the living room there is s also a bed sofa. The apartment can host 4 persons. The kitchen is very comfortable and includes: microwave, oven, dishwasher and laundry washer. Car parking is inside and for free. There is also a barbecue area, a big garden and also a yard (with external table and chairs).
