Please note the yard is NOT fenced and there is a city leash law.There is no direct water access from the house. Public fishing is allowed at the boat ramp bulkhead.

Waterwood is conveniently located between I69 ( Hwy 59) Livingston & I45 Huntsville. We are a 30 min drive to Sam Houston State university and about 1 hr 10 min drive into Houston via I 69 or 1 hr to The Woodlands via I 45. Come and unwind from the hustle and bustle at our Getaway !
