Private Oasis in Alajuela. 5 minutes away from the International Airport Juan Santamaria. Two mango trees in the garden provide a natural habitat for squirrels and a diversity of birds. Lovely decking to the garden ideal to chill with a glass of wine, take the sun in the morning with your breakfast. Pet friendly! No Kids. You are spoil for choice with vast variety of restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes walk. On a Main Road so yes, it can be noisy and there is no cable tv.

Welcome to your own private oasis in Costa Rica! This beautiful home is in a guarded community that backs to an 18-hole golf course and includes a pool and a lovely private guest cottage, "La Casita". This home is also located in the Mesa Central area of Costa Rica, which is known for its fantastic weather; no humidity, very sunny (during the summer), the perfect temperature during the day, and a little chilly at night - no AC needed at all!
