With great views and a relaxing atmosphere, the apartment also offers an exclusive private walk to the beautiful Salt Creek and Strands beaches. We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in June 2016 with all the details to best anticipate your needs, as if we ourselves were staying there. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here. This is a quiet top-floor 2bed/2bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen and 1 roll-away bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy lots of comfortable seating, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio. If you prefer to be outside, soak up the sun at our impressive pool or enjoy any of our 2 Jacuzzi's. The condo comes with 1 parking spot, but the community has ample free parking if you need more. The location is in the beautiful Ritz Pointe guard-gated community, a 3 minute drive to the nearest beach or a lovely 15 minute stroll down an exclusive path that begins in our community, goes past the Monarch Beach Resort golf course, and down to the sand. Take a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service less than a mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is also conveniently down the street from Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. A short walk or even shorter drive away from the best beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and boutiques in Orange County, this apartment is the perfect getaway for families, solo travelers, or couples looking for Californian sun, sea, and relaxation. PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise after 10pm in the home. This is a quiet community with neighbors close by so any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund. If you're headed to Laguna Beach, take advantage of the open air trolley located less than a mile from the condo, ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is easily accessible and located on the ground level, so there are no stairs involved. The parking is a covered carport located a few steps away from the condo front door.

The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area. Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

This private, upper unit of a duplex sits perfectly on the border of Dana Point and San Clemente. Enjoy an ocean view from the balcony, as well as a large patio that's great for small gatherings. The spacious living room has a big screen tv and a wonderful gas fireplace that really sets the mood and ambiance for your beach vacation. A three min walk to beautiful Pines Park is the perfect place to watch the fabulous sunsets over the Pacific Ocean or to give your dog a bit of exercise.

A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.
