This custom home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and ample room for guests to spread out. Main level living room as well as upper level family/entertainment room, 3 covered patios & covered balcony, firepit, hot tub & outdoor shower. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes south of downtown Moab and very near countless off road and hiking trails. Plenty of parking in the 25'x25' 2 car garage, 3 car driveway or on the street on 2 sides of the house situated on a corner lot.

Last Hurrah Main House

Two bedroom, queen in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, and couch in living room with a full. Like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer. 145 acres and a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Two bedroom, queen in the master, two singles in the 2nd bedroom, a couch, and a futon. Just like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Property on 145 acres and mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Cabin 2

We take pride in welcoming our campers with a warm and friendly atmosphere to make them feel as their home away from home. This is an intimate and well kept RV park. We offer well level pull-through and back-in RV sites and cabins. We have laundry facilities, a bathhouse and community restrooms. The campground is conveniently located right in town and close to Arches National Park. Easy access from the highway.
