The private bedroom features a Queen sized bed or you can snuggle up on one of our two twin beds cleverly arranged to create a comfy sofa for any down time. Clean up after a long day with our fully stocked bathroom and laundry room!

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

Cute, comfortable place in walking distance of the movie theater, library, and eating places. Easy drive to Bears Ears National Monument, Hovenweep, Natural Bridges, Monument Valley, and the Abajo mountains. Use as a base to explore and photograph these wonderful places. The house is decorated with photographs and painted with local colors. It is a medium/small house with lots of space to spread out.
