Private Western chalet amongst the pinions overlooking Torrey. Patios surround living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a 3/4 bathroom. Tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highway 12 and 24 . Disc golf course on the property. Read the messages I send or you might get lost trying to find the cabin. Arbor House

The Arbor house is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom separate guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to it. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. Our property is just outside the city limits (by 100 ft) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of S.E. Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
