Mallard Cove is the best place on Lake Sutherland! Our grassy lake-front and swimming dock literally get the very last bit of sun all summer long! Our neighborhood is also full of friendly, easy going people. You should have an amazing time! Come stay at our newly remodeled family lake cabin located on Cain Lake. Extra love was put into this place as it has been passed down the generations. Open concept from the kitchen to the dining room into the living room overlooking the lake. Extra family room perfect for game night. Venture outside to the large deck surrounded by bliss. Take it all in down at the large dock with views of the rest of the lake. This cabin is not perfect but is dear to our heart so please treat it like your own.

This is a unique opportunity to live life big in a Tiny House (165 sq. ft.) right on Lake Goodwin with everything you need for a wonderful getaway.
