A deluxe apartment in a period villa a few steps from the city center, with private parking and a lush garden shared with few neighbors. This airy, recently renovated space is tastefully furnished with artwork and memorabilia from the Fratellini family, renowned circus performers of the last century. It is managed by Christian, an experienced host & heir to the Fratellini family, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.

Ca’ degli Orti , con piccolo giardino a Bologna

Ca' degli Orti has parking in the street (free from 18 to 8:00 and Sundays) and a big parking area only at few minutes from the house. The bus stop is at 1 min. and it takes just 10 -15 minutes to arrive to the city center. Outdoor patio with table and chairs to eat and relax. Sitting room with a sofa-bed, confortable for two people. The bedroom has two beds that can be prepared joined or separated and if requested, a bed for children (max. 4 years).

Loft incantevole nel cuore dell' Appennino

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia".
