Quaint Garden Studio

The quiet and cozy studio sits amidst a backyard garden and is detached from the main house, with access through a secure gate. The studio has a kitchenette and full bathroom. The outdoor garden seating areas are an extension of the space and for your enjoyment. Please note: -The bathroom is at a higher elevation accessed by two steps. It has a lower ceiling height of +/-6'-4" -There is an uneven area at the floor between the kitchenette and bed, where a slight slump occurs. A fix is in order

Spacious 500 square ft. guest suite, five steps down from private at- grade garden entry, within our beautiful 1904 Dutch colonial on a quiet street in lovely Alameda. The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

This is a newly remodeled back unit of a single family house. It has a Queen bedroom, a nice dining/resting room with smart TV (no local channels), air fryer, fridge, coffee basic utensils, and free laundry. - 3 mins drive to Bayfair BART station - 15 mins drive to Oakland Airport - 25-min drive to San Francisco - Min away to Hwy 880, 238 & 580 -Mins walk to Walmart, Starbucks, Grocery outlet, restaurants and many more.
