It is conveniently located near freeway 580, 880 and 238, and Bay Fair Bart Station. It's also close to Costco, Walmart, Target and many restaurants and shops, as well as everything you need. It is 13-min drive to Oakland Airport, 16 mins to Coliseum, 30 mins to Downtown SF

This is my person home & I will be staying on the lot in another structure. anyone who is looking for a relaxing quiet time in a unique home that feels like you’re living in the trees, then this home is for you. Please note there are stairs to get to the front door (approx 12) but they are wide
