Romantic, with large windows that fill with light and a balcony for your dinners overlooking the mountains and woods, it is a welcoming mountain nest. Watch the sunrise while sipping a coffee before setting off to discover the Dolomites and lakes. The crackling fire of the stove will welcome you when you return. Once the night has come, sleep peacefully and comfortably, surrounded by nature.

Lo chalet è immerso nel verde, nel silenzio e nel relax. È il luogo ideale per meditare, staccare la spina lontano da ogni distrazione. Abitabile tutto l’anno, lo chalet è FRESCO d’estate e avvolto dal CALORE della stufa a legna nelle stagioni più fredde. Lo chalet è raggiungibile da un’antica mulattiera.

5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.

L'appartamento ARIA comunica leggerezza. I toni candidi lasciano protagonista la vista lago. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano (4°) Passando dal retro della casa si dovrà solo fare un piano a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento. Essendo una ristrutturazione conservativa non dispone di ascensore.

Il nostro appartamento si trova nel sobborgo di Dolaso, uno delle sette "ville" che compongono l'antico paesino storico di San Lorenzo in Banale. È un oasi di pace e di tranquillità in uno dei "Borghi più Belli d'Italia", situato ai piedi delle Dolomiti del Brenta, Patrimonio dell'Umanità-UNESCO. Dotato di tutti i comfort nelle vicinanze (supermercato, farmacia, tabacchi-giornali, etc nel centro del paese) è un perfetto punto strategico per immergersi nelle bellezze della Val d'Ambiez.
