In a great location,in lovely and quiet area of Playa Blanca,Las Coloradas neighborhood 2.5 km far from Playa Blanca centre. The house is a semi-detached duplex. The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a sunny terrace during all day. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a big walk-in shower.One bedroom has a double bed and the other one two single beds.
