¡Bienvenidos a Coyoacán! Estupendo loft de 120 m2 ubicado a tan solo 5 minutos caminando del Centro de Coyoacán. Vive la experiencia de este tranquilo e iluminado espacio abierto, ideal para descansar o trabajar y decorado con objetos llenos de historias. El loft se encuentra en el tercer piso de Casa Mavi, una antigua fábrica que fue remodelada para crear un lugar lleno de encanto que lo hace único. Cuenta con terrazas de uso común. Con opción para un tercer huésped. Wifi 200 megas.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
