Su richiesta e senza costi aggiuntivi, si può accedere all’appartamento dopo 11:00 per depositare i bagagli prima del check-in previsto alle 15:00 In un palazzo del 1500 questo bellissimo attico, da poco rinnovato in stile moderno è di 60mq di superficie e ha 5 posti letto. Situato al terzo piano nella tranquilla Calle del Tabacco solo 1 minuto a piedi dalla Basilica dei Frari e pochi minuti di passeggiata dal Ponte e dal mercato di Rialto, uno dei migliori punti per poter visitare la città.

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

My Home is located in a very quiet Campiello in Sestiere Santa Croce,only 6 minutes walk from the train station and Piazzale Roma, a few steps from Rio Marin and Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio.Nearby you will find markets for daily shopping,typical Venetian taverns and cafes.The apartment, which has just been renovated,is located on the mezzanine floor of a very characteristic pre-19th century building.Although it is only 45 square meters,it is well distributed and with all modern comforts.
