Alameda is a beautiful island community in the heart of the Bay, filled with beautiful homes, adorable shops, and many great restaurants. The San Francisco ferry is close by to whisk you to the big city, so why would you want to stay anywhere else?

Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.

You will be staying in your own private penthouse flat on the top floor of this Edwardian Mansion on a private estate with bay views and only 13 minutes away from San Francisco and 45 minutes away from Napa wine country. From the living room you can see the bay outside the 14' panoramic window. There are also chickens on this property so you may even get some fresh organic eggs in the morning.
