With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

On the 7th floor by elevator of a quiet and rationalist style building, is this comfortable and super bright apartment of 70 m2 for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with access to the balcony, has a queen size bed, a large closet, HD 42 "TV with cable, Netflix, and A / C cold heat. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and A / C cold heat. The living room has an armchair, a large window, a table for 4 people that can extend up to 6 pers, a sound system (eiffel) and a cold A / C. The washing machine and standing iron with steam are located in a room for services within the department. The kitchen with access to the balcony is fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete with bathtub and natural ventilation. The balcony has chairs to enjoy a beautiful view and a sunny afternoon.The apartment is equipped with 100% cotton sheets, towels and quilts. The stay includes a set of sheets per person and two sets of towels per person. The replacement of sheets is for stays from seven days. 100 mg Wi-Fi (maximum internet band in the country) We receive and serve the guests in person to give them the keys and give them the instructions of the property. The area has excellent restaurants and cafes, and it's well-connected to essential tourist spots. It's walking distance to the Puerto Madero neighborhood and Plaza de Mayo.

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful.
