Es erwartet sie eine gemütliche, modern ausgestattete und luxuriöse Villa mit kleinem Garten und einer traumhaften Sonnenterrasse, auf der ein 4x9m großer Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage zum Schwimmen einlädt. Very well located in the heights of the Costa Caddu village in San Teodoro, you can get there by car in less than 30 minutes from Olbia airport. The house is 5 minutes from Isuledda beach, 15 minutes. from the Cinta, and 7 min. from downtown San Teodoro where restaurants, shops and boutiques are located.
