Es erwartet sie eine gemütliche, modern ausgestattete und luxuriöse Villa mit kleinem Garten und einer traumhaften Sonnenterrasse, auf der ein 4x9m großer Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage zum Schwimmen einlädt. Genießen sie die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

Di nuovissima costruzione, si trova a quattro passi dalla parte più bella spiaggia di Budoni. Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro grande bagno. E' circondata da un ampio giardino, la veranda coperta si affaccia sulla grande piscina privata. La sera giardino e piscina sono completamente illuminati per godere fino a notte di tutti i servizi della villa. Ha WiFi gratuito e aria condizionata.
