Hello! Please read our full description to ensure our casa will suit your needs! *Price is set. Casa Brillante is a modern and chic Spanish style home located one block from the plaza. An ocean view rooftop is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, while the backyard garden and dipping pool make for a great escape. The property is filled with bright open spaces, tropical landscaping, and design that pays attention to detail, giving this home a luxurious feel. *Absolutely no parties allowed.

Casa Mezcalitos, a unas cuadras del Blvrd Nuevo Vallarta. Equipada con todo lo necesario para que pases una estadía cómoda. Alberca privada, cómoda y acogedora ideal para 2 o cuatro personas. Estacionamiento Privado hasta para 2 vehículos. A tan solo unos minutos de la playa, antros y bares de nuevo Vallarta Cocina equipada con todo listo para usarse. Aire acondicionado dentro de las dos recamaras. Por el momento la alberca no cuenta con calefacción, tampoco contamos con lavadora ni secadora.

Nosotros vivimos en la planta alta de la casa y tenemos 2 gatos.Hay 2 tvs , en la estancia con Fire-stick, y en la recámara con sistema Roku. La casa está en venta por lo que es probable que la muestren durante su estancia.
