Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Villetta Il Cubo a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare

Villetta indipendente a 2 piani con giardino e posto auto, completamente ristrutturata nel 2021. Ubicata all'ombra della pineta a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (5 min) e dalla passeggiata di Marina di Castagneto dove si trovano negozi, ristoranti e altri locali pubblici. La villetta è composta al piano terra da soggiorno-pranzo, cucina, bagnetto di servizio-lavanderia; al primo piano 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con box doccia. Secondo le necessità degli ospiti, si possono avere 3 letti matrimoniali. A questi è possibile aggiungere un posto letto in soggiorno (divano letto), un lettino da campeggio e un lettino montessoriano (per bambini da 1 a 3 anni).

Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
