APPARTAMENTO TORRE is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house located on ‘The Wine Road’ between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It’s the perfect base for your holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, shaped by cypress-lined cycling routes, and tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. A 50 m dal mare, parcheggio privato gratuito e terrazza con tutta la privacy di un appartamento a ingresso indipendente, in una delle zone più ricercate di Livorno, sul bellissimo lungomare di Viale Italia, a 2 passi da Terrazza Mascagni, Acquario e un nuovissimo centro commerciale. Tutti i servizi e spiagge attrezzate nelle immediate vicinanze. Fermata bus a pochi passi. Vicinissimo anche al porto. Le maggiori città turistiche toscane facilmente raggiungibili sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici.

Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

Attico vista mare con terrazzo di 130m^2

Splendido attico nel centro di San Vincenzo, a pochi passi dal porto e dalla via principale della città. Dispone di un ampio terrazzo di oltre 130 m^2 sopra il quale potrete prendere il sole e fare splendidi aperitivi al tramonto. L’abitazione dispone di: una camera da letto matrimoniale, uno spazioso bagno con doccia in muratura di travertino e un soggiorno con angolo cottura e 2 divani letto per ulteriori 3 ospiti. Il grill all'esterno della casa non è più presente sul terrazzo.

La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

Florida Apartments - Due

La nostra suite al piano terreno con vista sul mare è stata creata appositamente abbattendo le barriere architettoniche, studiata nei minimi dettagli per offrire comodità e ampi spazi. Un unico ambiente ma che offre privacy, cucina soggiorno con divano letto, zona notte con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Può ospitare comodamente coppie, famiglie con massimo 2 bambini. Ogni alloggio include il servizio spiaggia al nostro stabilimento balneare Florida che ombrellone e due lettini.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.
