The flat is self-contained with bathroom, fridge and cooking facilities, washing machine, internet and television. With private access you can come and go as you like. Enjoy your morning cuppa in the private garden, or go for a stroll down to the Brighton foreshore. The hosts live on the Property, but the flat is independent of the residence and no interaction is required

You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. Ideal for the Entertainment Centre or nipping into Brizzy. 1 x Queen bedroom. 1 x sofa bed in the lounge + 2 kids beds up in the star gazers loft..

If you are looking to stay close to the water look no more we are 8 mins by walk away from Clontarf waterfront and 5 mins by car from the famous Belvedere hotel. Your Room with double bed as a separate entry from the main house. You will be able to come and go as you please without worries. This space as everything you need modern bathroom and room
